He is the Lead Pastor of Winning Grace Family. He was called and dedicated into God's vineyard in 2005 and was ordained into the priesthood of the Lord Jesus Christ by His Grace Bishop Paul Hanson of the Wesley Synod of England in 2007. In the same year he received the vision of this commission, which became a reality on 2 September 2009. His ministry is to positively affect and beautify the lives of many, in various capacities, within and across the shores of Nigeria. This has been his major preoccupation and priority over the years.
He is an established professional fashion designer and hairdresser, and a graduate of History and Diplomatic Studies from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Prophetess Idongesit Archibong
Apostle Otuekong is married to Prophetess Idongesit, a mother and a truly gifted, generous, good-natured woman of high repute, and an Iberedem (a pillar of support) to her husband. She holds a Master's degree in Christian Education from the Christian Pentecostal Bible Seminary, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The union is blessed with four children.
